Love in action

Love is the courage to care deeply.
On this 14th February, I'm thinking about love - not as a cliché, but as a leadership force.
Love for my family - my anchor, the reason I can take risks and stand steady.
Love for my clients - who challenge me, stretch me, and trust me with their most important conversations.
Love for my friends - who remind me that leadership without joy is not leadership worth having.
And love for our planet - a call to lead responsibly and leave things better than we found them.
At its core, leadership is an act of responsibility and care. And that, to me, is love in action.

What would change if you led from a place of courage and care?
